2004 Volvo XC90, 250k miles and counting.
The first 25 locations will be in 16 major markets, from New York to Miami and Seattle to San Diego.
Does this mean those initial locations will be limited to east & west coasts? And not going north of NY initially, towards Boston?

As person who lives in Saskatchewan Canada, I am for sure going to need the use of the travelling technician. This is going to be one of the biggest things preventing me from not following through on this pre-order for the Terra. I fear not getting any practical support out here. If they were to give me the option of fixing things myself and/or having local talent fix things that I can't, that would be most ideal.
I feel the same. I won’t follow through with my purchase unless I’m in the service area.

I hope Scout doesn't make the same mistake as Rivian wrt service. After more than two years since delivering its first vehicles, Rivian service is still lagging with months long appointment queues, vehicles sitting for days in the shop before even being looked at, tons of money spent on loaners, rentals and ride share. And more importantly, hursts brand loyalty.
I love Rivian and their techs work hard (though) there was a learning curve for them. They almost always go above and beyond and will do whats right for the customer.I haven't had any major issues and almost all the work I had done was covered under warranty but each time I've made an appointment its been from6 weeks to 3 months wait to be seen. That's not sustainable and had frustrated many customers.
