Excited that one will be in Seattle, hopefully, we can see the vehicles before finalizing our orders!
I agree on Dallas given the thread that shows the locations for everyone who reserved something has TX sitting at #2 behind California. More than 1 TX location makes sense. I’d say San Antonio and Houston are too close together to have one at both. I’m gonna guess Dallas and Houston. My best guess at the first 16.
Id stick Atlanta, Tampa and Dallas here somewhere but not sure what I'd take out, I'm not that smart. This gets you exposure in 9/10 highest EV take rates (minus Hawaii), and puts like 10% of the population within an hour
- Seattle
- Portland
- San Fran
- LA
- San Diego
- Boise
- SLC
- Phoenix
- Denver
- San Antonio
- Houston
- Chicagoish
- Somewhere PA
- Somewhere NY
- Baltimore/Washington area
- Miami
I'd put Austin in over San Antonio, Just sayin hahaMy best guess at the first 16.

A look at the reservation distribution by geography (state) in the reservation stats should give us a good idea of where Scout is most likely to concentrate their first shops / service centers. Top 10 states are CA, TX, FL, CO, WA, AZ, NC, PA, SC, GA.My best guess at the first 16.

According to latest stats, FL still #3 for reservations, so there'll for sure be Scout Service Centers in Florida in first round of Scout Motors locations. Not sure Portland or Boise make the first cut but who knows. Northern Florida?
well I am up here in Orange County NY,would imagine there will be one either in NYC or Long Island.Crossing my fingers there‘s one anywhere but Brooklyn, NY
Scout says Canada will have two centers in year two and 7 and by 2032. Let's hope the vehicles are reliable. I imagine any warranty work will have to be performed by an authorized service center/person. Convince your fellow Canadians to make deposits and maybe they'll build more centers! As person who lives in Saskatchewan Canada, I am for sure going to need the use of the travelling technician. This is going to be one of the biggest things preventing me from not following through on this pre-order for the Terra. I fear not getting any practical support out here. If they were to give me the option of fixing things myself and/or having local talent fix things that I can't, that would be most ideal.
