Just saw the 2025 Bronco announcement and Ford finally added rear A/C & heat air vents on the 4-door model. Don't know what took them so long as owners have been asking for it ever since the new Bronco launched.

So the message to Scout here is to please give us proper rear passenger air vents in the production Scout models. Thank you.

Ceiling vents would be really nice as well, especially for those of us who will have dogs in the back seats.

I added a poll above -- what's your preferred location for air vents -- center console, floor or ceiling?

Hopefully Scout sees this and can take into account our opinions on loction.

Rear climate air vents would definitely be nice.
Ceiling vents would be really nice as well, especially for those of us who will have dogs in the back seats.
Ceiling vents are unlikely though because that'd only work with a steel roof and Scout has said there'll be multiple roof types offered -- steel, glass and cabana folding soft top.

Kind of hard to add vents to a glass or cabana roof, or a front bench seat with folding center seat. Only option that works with all versions (thus minimizing cost and parts) is floor vents under front seats.

A bunch
I prefer the console section, I have small dogs who ride in buckets, it's nice to be able to direct the HVAC towards them a little.

Broncos dont have rear air vents? Wow, that is quite frankly ridiculous and hillarious they went to market that way. I wouldnt even consider a vehicle without them. This is the 21st century and a 70K vehicle.

Center console and floor.

no ceiling vent because its not a mini van and i highly doubt scout will do it how BMW did it in the x7

I asked the mods to reset the poll and delete the Ceiling location choice because that's not gonna be possible with glass and cabana roof options.

Also added the B-Pillar location option. So vote in the poll above again!

Living in Arizona, we definately need rear A/C hopefully with its own controller! This is almost a deal breaker if Scout does have rear A/C vents.

Floor air vents aren't ideal because it's easy to be blocked with bags / cargo / kids crap, and also doesn't cool/heat enough of the passenger's body directly... plus the air flow isn't likely to be adjustable with floor vents.

B pillar air vents make the most sense to me cuz they avoid all those issues.

My preference would be floor for heat and B Pilar for AC, and hopefully the ability to turn on/off based on occupancy.
