You realize this so-called project is mostly smoke and mirrors right now don’t you? There is no $500B. Like Softbank’s announcements, it’s all for show. Aspirational at best. Charades at worst.
I don’t know exactly about it being “smoke and mirrors”, I've seen the construction site in Texas when i was on a trip for company training. It’s more finished than the Scout Plant.

Jus’ sayin’
Hold the thought to consider how the cancer studies are conducted.

Wife says often, not always studies aka tests, are initially restricted to final, fatal stage patients.

So read up and absorb all the data in your considerations.
It’s the Information age, take advantage of that.

Dunno if this is AI or not, don’t have a 9 year old in the house to explain it to me.

We’ve encountered facial recognition boarding and departing our last few cruise ship vacations.

Just breezed onto the ship and off, no human contact. Customs included.

Also getting off a tram shuttle police out of nowhere descended on a thug we were told the facial recognition detected.
The suspect put up a heck of a fight BTW.

Thats a big point i’ve been seeing. Cancer Vaccines Aren’t really that exotic the UK and Russia have them, just shows how behind the World Health Organization had the USA.
The WHO doesn’t and didn’t have the USA behind. Moderna, Merck, BioNTech, and CureVac are all working on mRNA cancer vaccines in the US, UK, Germany, Spain, and Türkiye, aiming for ~2030 availability, currently in Phase I and II trials. Russia thinks they’ll have something this year, but haven’t released peer reviewed data, so it might be about as effective as their Covid vaccine
