We have a Bench front seat in one of our GMC 2500's. Novelty, but worked when we had kids at home and carpools or they brought friends on outings.
I asked the wife Bench or buckets on the Scout? ,,,,,,, - "Buckets." Are they still called Bucket seats?
Captains Chairs now the term?
I have bar bills higher than the effects of costs the now suspended Tariffs may bring.
As long as I can still buy those jack ass cheap-O Harbor Freight Generators is all I'm concerned about.
Eliminate the middle man is fine IMHO.
We had 5 "updates" aka recalls on our EV6.
Unless we paid for a tire rotation and a cabin filter replacement the dealer wouldn't book us a service Appt.
I did all that already. Not paying for it.
Started getting follow up enquiries on the recall request...
That Old School I Harvester Interior design ques made the raised-ranching-driving-old-pickup-trucks & tractors wife feel like she was visiting an old friend.
Speaking of direct to customer sales it's been working out OK with our TESLA products.
Flirts with Orwellian at times but with time and patience works out OK.
With our TESLA Solar/Powerwall we paid for a heavily discounted 100 AMP system and Tesla was so confused and unorganized and dizzy we...
Good take.
We don't want a glass roof, but we'll take everything else.
My dad sold his loaded Toyota truck and bought a stripped down Toyota truck.
Had crank roll up windows amongst dashboard plugs that were now in the place of options. Your voice echo'd in the cab bouncing off the vinyl floor...
One has to be careful what images and Videos they post online.
When You Tube first hit the net, videos were barely 3 minutes long.
Took forever to upload.
I had no clue the impact of viewership, just weeks into You Tubes existence.
I posted a video of the daughter wakeboarding on a friends up...

The MFG's most always seem to offer three trims.
Chevy recently dropped the cheapest of four trims on the EV Blazer.
Car dealers around the TMZ rarely offer any model in the cheapest trims that I have ever seen.

She got radical political in one YT video and it really torpedoed her popularity.
I clicked because my weakness is Red Hot Red Lipstick on women, but stayed for the content.
She did a good You Tube on after-market dashboards for Tesla's.
Replace the plain Orwellian stock Tesla dashboard with...
Yes.
And we're getting a lot for the money.
Sales taxes and registration in Calif is astronomical.
My pickup truck is $1200 a year registration as a comparison.
We expect to pay around $75K for the Extended range, fully loaded, no canvas top. No glass roof unless it has a dedicated, built in sunshade.
Wife and her GF rented a Taycan in Switzerland with the glass roof with all the claims "it's UV! It's heat resistant! It's this,,, it's that!"
Nope...
With our EV6, in 3 years we often encounter broken "'chargers" aka dispensers, over-crowded chargers, or no chargers.
We have seen 50 KW often replaced with 350KW and the chargers may be a little more reliable.
But:
We still think the USA is a decade away from an adequate amount, reliable...
We were cruising the sand dunes at Coos Bay in our RZR.
It slipped in a treacherous spot, ended up unexpectantly in the bottom of a tree line gully with 45 deg sand walls, no way in the world could we drive back out.
A awful feeling.
Ran the winch cable up the slope to a tree, pulled...
