Anyone plan to wrap their Scout in PPF Paint Protection, XPEL, Clear Bra? I assume Scout Motors will offer a factory PPF option like many manufacturers have been doing. Pros or cons for going with factory option vs. independent aftermarket wrap shop?

Depends on who you ask, where you are, and what shop you compare with the factory option. Could Scout, if they so chose to offer a factory option, wrop a car better than an independent shop, yes. The problem is, depending on your area, many shops would do a better job than the factory and charge similarly. It's just a matter of your area and how much work you want to put in to find one. In a state like Colorado, I'd be surprised if you had a shortage of options.

“Factory wrap” is always a post production application. I’d rather use a good aftermarket shop that will remove/replace decals, mirrors, door handles, badges etc and take the time to do edges and small parts correctly.
