Scout has 5 Harvester Test Vehicles out in the wild, with one of them at a Rivian R&D center.
Seems Rivian and VW deal is more like Scout being Taken advantage of, Scout employees dabbing up Rivian Engineers at CES. Rivian owning a Scout Prototype with the Harvester. Yes it could be because Rivian is making The Zonal Architecture for Scout, so obviously they need something to work off of. But, Could Rivian become a competitor by making their own range extender???
Obviously Scout isn’t a Rivian or VW.
This will possibly make these lawsuits 10 times worse. Because not only are they gonna say VW owns it But now they are technically apart of Rivian. Say goodbye to DTC if this worsens the Lawsuits.
