No indication Scout will appear at upcoming DC auto show, and that's just down the road from Scout corporate HQ. I imagine early appearances will be limited until closer to production timeline.

I believe Jamie over at the office site has stated nothing in the immediate future. I'll try to find the thread and post.

Calendar won’t be released until all the shows and popup dates are confirmed. And preproduction cars are made. Right now there is 5 Scouts testing in the US.

I’m a bit bummed that I’ll never get to see one in person before I need to confirm the order in a few years. Unless, I’m willing to travel for a day or two.

Same!

I haven’t bought a Rivian yet or a Silverado EV because I can’t find either nearby in a trim or color I’m able to test drive, although I have reservations in for both. Now, the R2 isn’t out yet but I can’t test drive an R1S nearby.

Yes sir, location, location, location!

Hope Scout does well with limited service centers, many have tried and failed due to customer support/location.

Ford just gets by, barely . One drives into ICE dealership with a Lightning, and service looks like 🫣😵💫😳!

Fisker, Canoo, Lordstown Motors, last two biggest issue was not getting vehicles out.

Rivian has squeaked through and still going.

Time will tell.

Even Rivian is 5 hours away there and back.

6 miles north of me in NE Ohio.
Canada is a huge country but many automobile manufacturers feel it’s enough to just have one outlet in a big city. It’s really just token support. Canada isn’t a big enough of a market to impact their profits one way or another.
