245/45/20's and 1.5 inches of possible suspension travel, vs 35's and (please don't mess it up) amounts of suspension.

I hate the placement of the power window buttons on my Ford bronco heritage. The doors and the roof come off, so Ford couldn’t put them on the door, so I get that. But it’s really hard to get down to the buttons where they’re located on the middle armrest. You can’t even see them at all from the driver seat. You have to just go by feel. And yes, I often roll down the wrong window. Ford should’ve just put them on the dash somewhere so you can easily see them and reach them. Everybody who’s ever been in the vehicle hates it too. The scout doesn’t do this so that fixes that problem!

So what are the things you don't like about your current rides that's offered or solved by the Scout? For me the Model X gives me great on road utility but no ability at all to off-road, camp, do anything in nature. It's basically a minivan in a much cooler form 🤣

Looking forward to having a properly lifted large SUV that has off-roading chops and can reach wherever (and for however long) I need it to. Gonna be along wait for the my Traveler Harvester. ⏳
1. Would rather have no glass roof on my Rivian R1S than one that does not open nor be covered automatically.

2. REAL leather instead of pleather (a.k.a. vegan leather).

3. REAL buttons for climate controls and entertainment system instead of touch display.

4. REAL full-size spare that does not take up any interior space.

5. Bench seat instead of horribly designed center console.

6. Wider vehicle for more interior room.

7. An actual glove box preferably locking.

8. 80% repairable in my driveway preferably DIY. Hopefully, a 12V battery that lasts longer than 8 months and doesn't lock me out when it fails and can be replaced as easy as an ICEV and doesn't cost $800 to replace.

9. REAL door handles that hopefully can be unlocked w/ a physical key.

10. 800V architecture.

A bunch
My current vehicle is a Ram 1500 with 440,000 miles on it, so I need my next one to be new and not have 440,000 miles on it lol.

The Terra bests my Ram in every category I use as a truck, payload, towing, cost to operate.

My take away so far is that I don’t see how Scout is gonna meet everyone’s needs.

My scout traveler will be used for golf bags and tackle bags and im hoping that scout will make a roof accessory for fishing rods.

since my mini can really only hold my fishing rods but no golf gear.

Current rig is a '15 F150 XLT SuperCrew, 6.5' bed, FX4, bench seat, pano roof, 600+ miles of range. This spec isn't available from any manufacturer anymore so as much as I'd like to go electrified, I'd have to sacrifice a lot of what the old girl still gives me. The Terra with the Harvester and a bench seat is the closest to being what I need in a modern package.

My Current vehicle is great, but just so dang small. I Like the idea of a larger vehicle that is also more efficient.

I have a 21 Jeep Gladiator. It has manual locks, roll up windows, 6 speed manual and is basic with no BS. With knobs for HVAC and the radio. I love it but wish it had more power and lockers on the differential. I wish the Terra had a roof that would come off like the old scouts or at least built in solar panels for charging. But I still don’t think it will be basic enough. Will have to wait and see, excited enough to keep an eye on its development.

By coming out with different models just like Ford does with the bronco. I’m hoping Scout comes out with a heritage or retro model myself.

What would that look like?

Well, it’s up to scout motors, but they would probably have a luxury model, an off-road model, maybe a sportster model or a hot rod model, a heritage model, a two door model, a convertible model where the hardtop comes off.
