super interesting! not to jinx it, but I'm wondering what kind of archaeological prep/montitoring is associated with this much earth movement?

I live in Florida they do this every time they build a new gated community. They move major soil by satellite gps and lasers pretty amazing graders are loaded with elevations and off they go. Then once again soil samples were taken beforehand during and after . And structural drawings and soil samples would be compacted and engineered to current wind shear code's flood etc. The power source to maintain this facility will be immense.
