Start of production coming late 2027 for Scout vehicles (update by Scout 1/20/25)

We have been saying 2027 since reveal. There are a lot of moving pieces obviously and we made a pivot to include a range extender which is significant. I would say late 2027 [calendar year] but let’s see how things progress.

I may have to extend my car lease which comes due in early 2028.

oh boy... its looking like it might not be ready to produce till 2028. When have manufacturers, especially new ones hit production early or even on time? Fingers crossed though they hit late 2027.

Does that amount to a second delay? Oh boy. Still, we’ll check out factory site during family spring break road trip.

That should work out fairly well for me. I traded my last truck in for this one about a year ago, after driving it almost five years. Scout should have the trucks coming off the line by the time I'm ready for one.
