Just sitting, waiting for wife to get done. Talking to my son it dawned on me that a simple heat duct, or way to get heat to the back of the bed, or back of the Traveler would be fantastic. Cold tailgating or just sitting visiting with a direct source of heat would be amazing. Doesn't have to be a lot. Just imagine you and a friend, sitting on the back of your rig watching kids sled and having that glass of cocoa with a nice warm breeze. Or here is another thought. Heated tailgate warmer pads that plug into the back somewhere. Keeps wife happy, keeps me happy. Just a thought. You all have a wonderful day.

That’s a BRILLIANT idea! One of those things you knew you wanted, but didn’t realize it! I’m thinking just an electrically heated panel in the tailgate, similar to the seats- just metal and durable.

While an interesting idea, think how many people would use it vs. cost of designing, producing, etc. I'm swaying more towards simplicity (as simple as an EV can get nowadays) vs complexity. Heated blankets definitely a more affordable answer!
