Hey folks,

I can pick up anyone who needs transportation from Columbia Metropolitan Airport to the Scout Blythewood, SC site FOR FREE.

Obviously, if I have a competing obligation I would let you know. Being that I am a retired US Army Soldier, I mostly do volunteer work for things that are important to me, and I would happily do this for other enthusiasts!

I live literally 20 minutes from the Columbia airport, and the Blythewood, SC facility.

So unofficially, I would love to help out my Scout brothers and sisters.

With a perfect driving abstract, knowledge of the area, and copacetic nature, maybe it could even be my dream job……officially!!

I haven’t seen a job posting for it, but really enjoy giving back to my communities, in addition to being part of the Columbian, and veteran communities, ya’ll ladies and gents are my TRIBE, feel free to request me for anything local and not consider it too big of an ask…….ever.

Unless its for my reserved Scout Traveler…..that’s mine, but we will all be getting ours soon enough 🙂.

You sound like a fun person to hang out with. When the time comes, I hope this offer still stands and I'm able to reach out to you to enjoy the ride to pick up my Scout, trade some stories, and perhaps share a beer and some lunch on me. Thank you for being one of the good ones!

I appreciate you, I am sure that It will be a better experience than an Uber🙂. I don’t speculate being “overwhelmed” by requests, as it’s only the enthusiasts here, who are the ones I want to reach and meet anyway.

I ordered my Scout on the 26th of October, and ideally, I would pick people up in my Scout, maybe break some bread with them and probably be at the Scout Experience center WAAAY TOOO OFTEN😂

Kudos for the offer! I'll be making it a family trip but it would be nice to get recommendations for the area from a local (restaurants, hotel, scenic drives) when the time gets closer. And maybe even have a tailgate party or something. We should pitch in and buy you a drone to start posting photos and videos like a guy did for the Cybertruck factory!
