PS: I don't mean a Scout app for iPhone that has PaaK. I mean the full CCC UWB Apple Car Key that works natively with iOS and WatchOS.

YEs please have apple car play installed for us. It’s really a must these days. I know you’re running Rivian software, and Rivian doesn’t like Apple CarPlay for some reason but adjustments can be made.

Rivian has Apple Car Key and from what i am seeing on the web, it looks like the older versions of ID.4 had Apple Car Key i might be wrong though.

Gen 2 Rivian vehicles have the UWB hardware needed for Apple Car Key. I'd anticipate it in the Scout vehicles since we're far from production and designs aren't locked.

Apple Car Key, Please! It would be awesome to be able to use an iPhone or Apple Watch as the car key! Could be great for adventuring.

Rivian does not have Apple car key. They have the required hardware but do not have it implement. Rivian PAAK is very hit or miss.

Please, a metal key and door handles that use a cable to operate the latch. Old Skool.

I say they go full retro and go with 2 keys. 1 for the door and 1 for ignition I'm sure some of us remember those days.

One part of me thinks apple car key would be great - but I have all but ditched my apple watch for a Garmin. Apple watch is a great all around watch - but I like the Garmin a lot better for sports and outdoors. Plus the battery lasts weeks rather than hours. That said, perhaps in 2 years Garmin will have an option that is compatible.
