Several friends/ Family (F/F) members are looking at EVs and EREVs for their next purchase.
I’ve shown them Rivians, Teslas and now Scouts.
their number one concern is a service center nearby (no matter how few or long wait times for appointments).
In the Greater Cleveland Area, I live 6 miles from Rivian Delivery and Service (not a show room because NADA and Ohio Legislature controlled by Republicans have blocked Rivian from test drives, or showrooms sales).
I live 14 miles from Tesla sales/service (Tesla has been here over ten years and can have test drives and a showroom/sales).
I worry that if Scout doesn’t have a local service center, my friends and Family (who love the EREV idea) won’t buy a Scout.
A few F/F have bought Tesla and one Rivian and they feel better having those service centers nearby.
thoughts?
Cheers
