Short of the Scout venture closing doors and no longer existing, you'll get the option to purchase one. It's more a matter of when, and that depends on how Scout chooses to roll out once they hit production. This EV reservation game is a several year long exercise with no guarantees, just the option to purchase.
The plant in SC will have a production capacity of 200,000/year. Fulfilling all the reservations could take years. Tesla was rumored to have 2 million Cybertruck pre-orders, but the list shrunk to around 50k. If Scout comes close to delivering on pricing, options, and delivery date, it will fare better than Tesla.
not sure what you mean. this isn't some limited run production. if you reserved, its up to you if you end up with one.
when you get it depends on when you reserved (what place in line you are) and if you live in or near a metro they are launching in. at the reveal they said they will start with 16 metros but we dont know what those are yet - good guess is bigger the metro, the better the chance.
