Currently own this but not 100% sure I’ll be driving this till the Scouts come out. It’s a great commuter but I need something bigger and body on frame.

2016 Audi A3 PHEV. 112K Miles and counting. This has been a great Vehicle so far, Not sure how long it will go between now and 2027-28. I believe I average around 45MPG with my super long commute and no ability to plug in at the office.

2024 Atlas for my wife, and to haul the kids around. She had been rolling in a 2014 Tiguan until an elderly woman decided to T-bone her and total it.

1991 MR2 Turbo. Currently under the knife getting new cams and intake manifold. Sadly is seldom driven these days. I think I have put about 60K miles on this thing over the last 15 years.

1991 GTI. Living in the garage next to the MR2. Just finished building a 12V VR6 for this. Probably will yank the engine over the winter and get the VR6 installed.

Nice little collection. I had a MK2 Jetta with a 12V VR swap dang near 20 years ago now.
You going to do 5 lug conversion as well? My donor car was a Passat which is where I got most of the parts.

love the R1S, but by the time my number is called in a couple years, I’ll be ready for something new with better charging curves.

I have a 98 Jetta GLX as a donor car in my driveway, but I wasn't planning on doing the 5-lug widetrack conversion, simply because I don't want to buy another set of wheels. It will also help when I call the junkyard to come haul away the carcass that it has functional suspension and can roll on it's own versus dragging it across the driveway onto a flatbed.

I also need to source an 02J shift box and cables. I wasn't planning on using the 02A shifter assembly that I pulled from the Jetta.
