Would prefer a darker interior since it's easier to keep clean. Would also prefer a non-cloth vegan-leather option. The vegan-leather in my Tesla keeps much cooler in hot temperature, much warmer in cold temperature, and after almost 120k miles looks pretty much new. The real leather in my truck and previous vehicles has never lasted near as long even though it was/is well taken care of. I had to replace the entire front interior of my F150 at about 100k.

Let's talk interiors!
Basically, what color scheme would you like for the inside? Personally, I'm not a fan of light-colored interiors. I'm actually leaning towards the Traveler even though I reserved the Terra. I'm a black interior kinda guy Hopefully, Scout will drop some interior design teasers soon! What's everyone else thinking?

I personally like the camel leather on the traveler but would also consider a dark brown “espresso” leather as well. I’ve had too many charcoal/black on black interiors on past vehicles and want to lighten up personally.

I would like a black headliner in a durable material. I have had Alcantara, or a sturdy weave. The felts I have seen were not long lasting. I also want real leather. Not Genuine Naugahyde/Vegan leather/pleather/vinyl which are all plastic. If I was a slob and needed to mop it up, I would just put Wet Akole seat covers on made from wetsuit material. 2016 was the last year of leather in Tesla and hence the last year I was interested in Tesla. The vinyl seating they have now is squeaky and very sweaty. A high quality cloth is good, too. That opens the possibility to the cool retro plaid patterns and houndstooth.
Hopefully the options support all buyers desires.

Yeah, I agree. So far, the Traveler interior is my favorite over the Terra even though I reserved the Terra. The wood I think could look good but I don’t love the Hemp wood - I hope they give different options for the wood interior. I also hope they give an option to have something that looks like the Traveler in the Terra

When the new Bronco was teased Ford showed us beautiful interiors. One was a honey colored worn leather seats with soft leather dash the other was called the Nintendo interior and it was light grey and white. Everyone was excited. What we got with the production vehicles was black with a hard dash and cheap cheap plastic interior that scratched when you looked at it. There were a couple of options other than black but they looked like a color blind person put them together. All in all everyone was disappointed that basically we got all black interiors. I am sure that at the end of the day it was a financial decision.
The Traveler and Terra have much higher starting prices than the Bronco had (I know it’s a different time now) so I hope Scout does not go this direction. I personally love the interiors they have shown.

Stain and dirt resistance is first thought. Some of the new fabrics aren't too good about that.

Just reserved mine today (traveler/harvester) and what I’m mostly going to be dealing with is paw prints in desert dust, so that brown color looks like the way I’d want to go.

I hope they have real leather as n option and not just vegan leather. I'm not a fan of the light colored wood they have in the Terra. Maybe it looks better in person but in pictures it looks cheap and plasticky.

Only dash wood I ever thought fitting and easy to look at was burled walnut dashes in elegant British cars.
