On YouTube, check out Munro Live.

They are an engineering firm specializing in lean manufacturing that does work for many automotive companies (especially EV).

They have a couple of prototyping factory tours that are awesome.

Could not find Munro having a scout. I watched their CT stuff and it was fantastic.

I think I watched these guys a long time ago when they reverse engineered the Mach-e. They were impressive.

This is the link to the video.

Well worth a watch..

Doesn't cover the Scout, of course, but I highly suspect these guys are involved.

3D services group would never release video of current/upcoming projects.

Jalopnik (May 2023) reported that Tesla, Rivian, and Lucid direct-to-consumer car sales cost dealers $910 million in profits, which is $910 million more in those customers' pockets. The dealership model is finally being challenged, and I am happy.

Of course, the California dealers are declaring war on Scout Motors' proposed direct sales model, but if I have to consummate my purchase at a dealer, I will walk away.
I bought my last Jeep in Texas from a non-dealer that took delivery directly from Jeep and made the modifications I wanted. California cannot control interstate commerce, but will just make it a little more inconvenient And expensive. I can see a lot of Californians making trips to Arizona, Nevada and Oregon.

I consider sticking it to the man in California to be a sport. I pack lightly when I leave the state, and return loaded to the max with things California government won’t let you buy in the state.

This is a NADA law suit filed in California most likely because of favorable court's to find in NADA's favor. Allowing the other national dealers to join in the class action suit that most likely is to come. But let's just apply some common sense here. A) VW bought the rights to Scout sat on it for few years. B) VW is publicly traded company who has to keeps its stock holders best interest in mind legally. C) So by entering into a funding agreement with l a company you already own will most likely be the road NADA lawyers will go down and try to show its in VW's best interest to its investors to allow scout to be sold within it's established network because it will save VW future funding of Scout to build out its future n distribution centers and service. This is what I foresee. Now to those who jump ship I wish you nothing but happiness. But my ass will be in a scout one day because ts going to be a great vehicle and I've learned something's just don't happen the way I want them to. But if you apply facts and commonsense to things it has a way of working out. Happy new year!!!

They were made by a company not the one mentioned here. But all “clay” models were done in house.

The fit and finish is impeccable. It's as if they came off a well oiled factory line? How did they accomplish this?
Hand built Alpha's, suppliers haven't been kicked off, tooling hasn't been purchased, nothing you've seen is production.

I know that, was just wondering how they were built and maybe who built them. They're just gorgeous.
By hand, 3D printed, hand fabricated, etc etc. Probably took them 6 months to get them ready for the little song and dance they did, and they didn't exactly turn people lose with them.

Just incredible. I have enough trouble with scale models let alone a full size, driveable vehicle.
