I just looked up the Chicago Auto Show on Feb. 8-17 and don't see the name Scout anywhere, bummer!

They are at the biggest consumer convention all this week. Idk what your saying.

And the Concepts Tour Calendar is still being worked on. It will probably begin its tour in the spring.

I'm saying what I said, the choice to go to CES instead of the auto shows, is concerning to me.

It's an automobile, personally, don't really care about imaginary connectivity via Starlink or whatever.

Would like to see it accessible around the country, at the auto shows, where people go to see cars.
Even Lordstown managed to get models to the autoshow, and they never had an assembly line and sold their factory.

I would think more "car enthusiasts" would be at at Auto show than CES, but maybe that's just me.

2024 Chicago Auto show had twice the attendance of the last CES...

We have to keep in mind, most of these Auto Shows are sponsored by the Automobile Dealers Association, and if Scout is cutting them out of the loop they wouldn't be invited.

Have you ever wondered why Tesla does not attend? Not about to say it is the only reason they don't attend, but I will bet it is in the top four.

Tesla only attends certain events like CES and NY auto-show but i believe NYAS hasn’t affiliated with the NADA. But this year they are.

Scout will most likely make their own events which is smart since they don't need to follow any rules and they can charge a small fee to make profit to help cover the costs.

Learned today that Scout is still a relatively small team, especially on the marketing side - still ramping up. CES makes sense for a million reasons in the EV startup world, but I suspect they'll start showing up at auto shows when they have more answers to everyone's questions.
