This is what will hold me back from a purchase. We just hit -30 below this week. Would need a reliable vehicle in this weather.
hopefully they will test the battery in colder regions of the country.
This is my concern as well. We go hunting up in the mountains of Montana and can be -20 to -30 below zero. Need to have a reliable vehicle to get back out after a week.
I think you got it all covered. Would be nice to have a few extra buttons for aux items and a few that can be programmed.
The aux would have an electronic block to hook up wires to control light bars and such.
It would be cool to be able to extend the info center functionality to the app. I am thinking of controlling the audio system to use external bluetooth/WiFi speakers.
This bicentennial Scout was my first vehicle out of high school. I have many memories taking it out in the mountains of Montana. If it wasn’t for the rust I would probably still have it around.
I agree, with it towing it is going to go through the battery pretty fast. Need to have enough power to keep up with the demand. I also am out in the mountains for a week at a time with temps well below zero, need something reliable.
It will be interesting to see what the base price they come out with. I am afraid it will be a bate and switch when final pricing comes out.. Will see a lot of the reservations get cancelled. I am hoping they will keep it in this price range.
