We will find out pricing soon (12-18 months) and what each trim level gives; I was told by Jamie from Scout today.

They are also very dedicated to that 50k and 51k starting prices.

Update:

Here's from Jamie at Scout for those who i promised i would return with an update from Jamie with more details on specs and trims.

“It was concept vehicle spec not based on anything specific. We are still working through all of our trim and option matrix.”- Jamie from Scout Motors

80k minimum for what you see in the photos
I was told by Jamie that was a Concept Trim Spec we will never see a Trim level like that spec. But those options will be available just not how it was on the Concept cars.

I wonder if they are going to offer customization like ford does? Might be too much for manufacturing but packages might be the best thing. Hopefully not like polestar’s package style.

I hope Scout does not do that "bait & switch" trick on early reservations.

GM was purely awful at advertising their base Chevy Silverado $42K EV WT which never came to fruition and starting price was almost double 2 years later.

Luckily, got my 2 year reservation cancelled and got my $100 back.

I really hope it doesnt differ too much. I love the design as-is. The leather color and design of the seats is... *chefs kiss*
I think he was saying wont be a trim level. But we can create it to some degree.

I'm perfectly fine with a bare-bones Traveler EV as long as it's range is over 300 miles. I can live without all the bells and whistles. If I can get that under $60K I'll be happy.

Ok, that needs some clarification. What does he mean by we’ll never see it?

for more clarification: that trim was a concept that will most likely never make it to production due to pricing. But when you build your Scout you will have those options to build with. So pretty much you can build it to match the concept but it won’t look entirely the same but it will be close to it.

From articles looks like the TERRA will be a little more $$ than the TRAVELER and I have a deposit down on the TERRA/HARVESTER. Seems like the interior leather will have different options and variations to customize. But looking forward to seeing the price upgrades amounts for the BENCH seat and MOON ROOF.

Please let it stay around $60K definite upgrade is the moon roof for me I can take away the bench seat. And are the 35" tires going to be factory or is that also an upgrade? Lots of questions will be answered in the next 12-18 months.

I'd wager the 35 off-road tires will be an option, hopefully in an off-road package or something that will be available for all trims. However don't bank on getting anywhere near EPA range figures with those big tires.

On the Official Scout Community Forum it was said by people who were at the event that 35” Tires are standard.

Aren't the $51,000 base prices actually $60,000 prices minus the $7500 alleged tax credit? I think it's more accurate to say the base pricing is $60,000.
