Wish they showed more of the UI at the reveal. Really hoping we get 360 degree and topdown birds eye views.

The software in the stills seems lifted almost entirely from Rivian. Understanding VWs partnership with them It’s fair to assume feature parity at the UX level. Unreal Engine can be skinned so while it ultimately could “look” different I’d be surprised if they go disabling basic features.

Can Rivian's current software & hardware do 360 view?

There’s no one stitched together 360 view that you can drag and spin around like other cars. But there are more than enough camera views that show you around the vehicle and bed.
