2015 Model X
Hi all. Decided to register following the 10/24/24 reveal date news. Looking forward to learning all about the Scout EVs with everyone here!

Been in a Model X for a few years now, so been comfortable living the EV life, but have always wished the X was more rugged and had some off-road capability. By the way Scout is describing the upcoming EV SUV and pickup, these should be robust and have legit off-road chops. Hoping the range comes in as good as the Rivian R1S, if not more.

Cheers to you all this Saturday night. In a former bronco enthusiast looking for a new home. I am curious about the performance of EV, but gas is still cheap state side. Looking forward to some healthy debates!

Whatโ€™s up yโ€™all! Popo_patty here coming over from the Bronco6G forums. Big time fan of the scout, current Bronco owner and wheeler (also have some jeeps too shhhhh).

Been considering an EV for awhile and this ticked all the boxes for me. I love wheeling and saving money haha. I have some big plans for the Scout and I reserved a Traveler Harvester.

I live near the Rubicon and have every intention of trying it out there to see how it does. Iโ€™ve got plenty of wheeling experience in my other vehicles on the rubicon and am curious how this will do. Not expecting Jeep levels but curious if it can complete it.

Also super interested in seeing how this does long distance off-road. I just recently ran the Reno to Vegas 500 route in the Bronco and had to stop 3 times for gas. Curious how this will do and if I can avoid any stops to charge off the trail for the full distance.

Anyways, Iโ€™m stoked to be here and hope I can convert my reservation into an order soon!

What do yall have plans for with your rig off-roading?

Glad to see you here @popo_patty. I'm not even a Bronco owner and I've seen some of the great stuff you've posted on the Bronco forum (full disclosure: I've been tire kicking a Bronco Raptor but will now hold out for the Scout EV Traveler SUV). Look forward to seeing you become a Scout owner and your posts. ๐Ÿ‘

popo-patty, Hello Neighbor, Roseville here, and yes I have also done the Rubicon a few times, went in at upper Ice House, camping off trail at Buck's Lake. I also reserved the Traveler Harvester.

Placed my reservation down for a Terra Harvester a little bit ago.. Moving over here from Bronco6g!

Currently own two Badlands of the Sasquatch vareity.. Mine is a 2021 and been wheeling it pretty hard, wifes is a 2024 that we picked up last Sunday.. Still plenty of time to teach the young one some of the neat trail tricks.

By the time the Scouts come out, mine will be paid off and be ready to be replaced in the financing department lol.

What up @popo_patty - I love my Broncos & Jeeps too and I am looking forward to owning a EREV Scout and using as it is intended! I have always been a fan of the IH Scouts and the 2 year wait is going to seem like an eternity.

Long time member but didn't post until I made my deposit...

In for a Terra Harvester which will replace my '23 Rivian R1T. In addition to the R1T, I currently have a Tesla Model 3 Performance and an Energica Eva Ribelle electric motorcycle. I've got a deposit on the Rivian R2 which will replace the Tesla, and the Terra will replace the R1T.

Primary use case for the Terra will be a Tow Vehicle for my Airstream Trade Wind 25FBT.

And now we wait...
