Been doing a lot more reading up on EVs, PHEV, Hybrids, etc. I'm starting to think that with today's (or the near future's) battery tech, 350 miles is highly optimistic. Why you ask?
Interested in hearing your thoughts even if it's speculation like I did.
- Scout's coefficient of drag has to be very high, it's not exactly aerodynamic
- All terrain tires will rob about 10% of range
- They can only add so much in the way of batteries otherwise it becomes even heavier
- Even very aerodynamic vehicles struggle to get 300 miles of range
