One interesting thing Scott said was that there are Prototypes driving around in the public. Hope we see spy shots soon. If they are testing it’s going to be in Michigan

This is a steep hill for Scout to climb and I'm full of hopium ... It's a great concept vehicle and if they can execute the plan on time and on budget I believe it will be a winner.
