Apple Carplay / Android Auto for Scout EV?

Can't find anything, I know most VWs have it... But rivian's software is the class dunce without it. I'll preorder a terra if so.

They at least need a way to plug in for nav apps, or build in sat nav, Pandora, and Sirius XM for tunes.

Even though the Scout EV will be using Rivian's software stack, I'm hoping Scout's software will be forked version that Scout has control over so they can adds things like Apple CarPlay, which Rivian won't do on their R1 vehicles.

Having a nav and a Bluetooth connection won't cut it...That's what Rivian does and it's like going back to the stone age after having your entire digital life easily available in the car.

All comes down to Scout wanting to make “owning” software stack a revenue stream. With the Rivian deal I’m not even sure how it works, if the data goes back to Rivian or they share. Technically its absolutely possible, Lucid added Carplay, a vehicle at least 18 months away from full production can include it.
