Range reduction / battery life in cold winter temperatures -- what's your experience EV owners?

you will take a hit in the cold. If you like it to be super toasty in your car you will take another hit on range. A 25-30% range hit will most likely occur. When I had an EV the heated seats helped though. Whatever range they advertise and charging speed is based on perfect conditions, which...

VW dealers / NADA may sue to change Scout's direct-to-customer business plan

yea I will probably be out to because I am not paying a $10-15K markup because this country can't get with the times and get rid of stealerships. I am sure they will find ways around it like Tesla does. I will probably just go to a state near me that allows it.

What vehicle are you replacing / trading in for Scout EV?

I love the bronco, but the mileage is complete crap which I knew from the beginning. With the scout it checks all the boxes of the Bronco and can use both gas and electric. If the scout didn't have the open top I wouldn't consider it. It's the thing I love most about the bronco. The scout just...

Front Bench Seat closeup photos -- who's going to option it?

if it folds down so I have an armrest and cup holder then it would be a nice option. If it doesn't fold down that is a missed opportunity

Exterior Colors for 2027 Scout Traveler and Terra?

I'm fine with simple colors and a basic interior. I don't need all that flashy stuff. Also depends on how much they charge for the non basic colors and if there is anything that will peak my interest.
