Just installed some 35s this weekend paired with Westcott preload collar level kit.

Cutting Edge SR5
KO3 35's tires 315/70/17
0 offset Method 305 Bronze Wheels (17x8.5)
Westcott level kit: 2.5" inch lift front & 0.75" inch lift rear

Some rubbing even after level kit (required some slight fender liner trimming in the front + a little bit of angle grinding. Also uninstall the bump stops/mud guards (not 100% sure that's what they're called but it is pictured below,). Just three 17mm bolts. Super easy. Rears clear perfectly!

Looks awesome! Those KO3s ride so smooth, are lightweight and on the shorter side (34.4") so a bit easier to clear

Yes, even after the level kit. But it was just some slight fender liner trimming in the front + a little bit of angle grinding. Also uninstalled these bump stops/mud guards. (Don’t know what this part is actually called.)

Rears clear perfectly!

Agreed! Rocked KO2’s on my 5th gen TRDP, they were good still, but loving the KO3s much more!

@cuhhhris how’s the ride quality / ride comfort on these tires compared to the stock setup?
Ride quality is not far from oem. Bigger all terrains you will always feel a little more bumpiness, but as far as the level kit it’s pretty damn close to oem. So overall I’d say it’s pretty comfortable compared to stock

What did you have to angle grind? I have seen video on removing the part behind the front tires and on repositioning the wheel liner in front of the front tires, but saw nothing on grinding.

I had to grind off a little bit of the bottom front bumper of where It would rub when going onto driveways so just grinded it down a bit. I couldn’t see any videos either but if I’m not mistaken most of the people that fit 35s that documented it had trd off roads which have the bilsteins for extra clearance.
