My guess is the price will be about the same. Fewer expensive batteries offset by the extra engineering and EPA compliance needed for a gas engine. On plus side, I think it will then qualify as a PHEV for registration purposes in most states.

Will there be an option to shade/tint the roof window? Deep south gets toasty in the summer and I'd be more inclined to get a solid roof.

I need to see more details on the cabana roof. Wife was initially for it and then immediately remembered we live in an area that can get thunderstorms. How sturdy is when when driving through one? Also, how much noise will it make while driving? So, I'm more inclined to get the giant moonroof...

15 years ago, 100%. Today, I actually prefer having bucket seats with the center console. Wife and I get enough physical contact without the need for a bench seat. 😉
