I've been hoping what I've seen with Sodium Ion batteries lately can be made practical, They should be cheaper and less volatile than Lithium. Even if there is a weight penalty to get the same KwH of storage, I think it would be a win, But they're still out quite a way from a marketable product...

The 6G Bronco looks more like a Scout than these renders... The first set look more like a Rover than anything else, and the front bumper comes down way to low, as does the rear. They're tucked in close, but too low to have any hope of putting the tires on an obstacle taller than a cinder...
