    Don't want to seem pessimistic but I on and off stumble upon similar news over the past 5+ years. i hope that in the foreseeable future EV will be able to hit 1000-km range in real life.

    I hope that Trump will improve the situation for EVs on the market to compete with Chinese vendors. But I suppose that one can expect everything from Trump, a really unpredictable politician.
